The agent also sees the presence status of the employees. You can easily manage favorites as well as control the TIM Attendant Console via keyboard, mouse or braille terminal. The attendant console has a convenient directory with a very fast search function. The call routing is configurable by opening hours/schedule. The number of call queues to be managed is not limited.
